Jerry did some analysis of the registration data to share with you. And then decided to share some “facts” that will make our jobs easier.

This slide indicates the “High Flyers” in Maryland’s cohort of coaches. School Psychologists Teachers PPW Guidance Behavior Specialists

The dark blue represents Maryland Schools and the light blue, the national average. Data is from state (332) and national SWIS users who have agreed to have their data included with the national data. As you can see, Maryland’s average ODR’s per 100 students is lower than the national average across grade level.

95% of elementary students had 0 or 1 office referrals, grown the green by 15 percent. Again, higher than national averages and also demonstrates an increase over 07/08. Blue line represents the 80% goal. Elementary is 15% above Middle is 5% above HS are 4% BELOW 80% but are trending up.
