10/23-10/26 Lunch What we did this week: Our plan and play this week were: Fall Detectives , Fall Festival, At Home in the Fall , Fall on the Farm and Fall Market. Our theme for the next two weeks is: To Market, To Market. What we did this week: This week went by so fast! Our letter of the week was Vv” and “Yy”. We discussed the life cycle of a pumpkin, discovered if pumpkins sink or float and looked at the seeds inside. We also talked about deciduous trees. We played with fall leaves and made pumpkin art for our classroom! They have also been working on the HATCH computer practicing their readiness skills. Important Dates Thanksgiving Break: November 20-24 NO SCHOOL Next week is Spirit Week: Monday: Twin Day (Wear a Blue Shirt and Blue Jeans) Tuesday: Pink Day Wednesday: Cozy PJ Day Thursday: Throwback Thursday: 70’s and 80’s Day!
