Who is FBLA For? High School Students Junior High and Middle School Students Post Secondary Students Business People and FBLA Alumni
What are the Goals of FBLA? Develop competent, aggressive business leadership. Strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work. Create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise. Encourage members in the development of individual projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.
FBLA Mission and Pledge The mission of FBLA is to bring business and education together in a relationship through leadership and development programs. I solemnly promise to uphold the aims and responsibilities of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda and, as an active member, I shall strive to develop the qualities necessary in becoming a responsible business leader.

FBLA Facts Iowa was the first state chapter. The University of Iowa was the first PBL chapter. In 1994, the FBLA Middle Level Division was made for grades 5-9. In 2001, the National Center Mortgage was retired.
