YES NM Status Summary YES NM Eligibility Screening went live July 28. Legal review of application language due August 27. Enough funds remained to purchase application support for six months. Depending on the scope of revisions requested August 27, there may be sufficient hours in the application maintenance and support contract to code the necessary changes. 11/19/2018

Business Intelligence Data conversion specialists contracts should be approved during the next three weeks. These individuals will assist with data mapping, data dictionary creation, and the data extract and transform process. Internal personnel have been assigned to the project. Cognos expertise will be coming in under contract to assist the dashboard and report build process. ITD will order training for internal staff. A new schedule will be provided next month. 11/19/2018

Imaging\EDMS Evaluation summary is drafted. The Second-level decision makers will meet before the end of the month and their decision will be forwarded to SPD for processing. 11/19/2018
