MTM Measurement Initiative Learner Overview

What is this initiative? A way for us to get better We will be using data and feedback we collect to make improvements with the content we deliver, the way we train you, the way you practice, and the way we operate. Simply put, we’re collecting better data so we can make better decisions. This includes evaluation data that you provide.

Be your best! How does it impact you? We know we have a role to play in helping you develop and demonstrate stronger performance. We want to make sure you get the right information at the right time to help you do your job better. We want you to perform at the highest level and continue to progress in your career here.

We can’t do this without you We need your help! We can’t do this without you In order to help you, we need your feedback. Tell us what’s working, what’s not working and what you would do differently. If everything was great, that’s just as important for us to know as the things that weren’t so great.
