Understand our mandate As a ministry of the Catholic Church we are called to: Provide holistic care that demonstrates love and respect for the inherent dignity of every person; Create the social conditions that allow people to reach their full human potential and to realise their human dignity; Give priority to the needs and opportunities of the poor, disadvantaged and marginalised; Be prudent managers and share our resources in the interests of the community as a whole; Be good stewards of the environment, conscious of the interdependence of all living creatures and the finite nature of our natural resources.

Articulate it in the Mission Who we are: We are a Catholic health care service inspired by the spirit and vision of Mother Cabrini and the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus What we believe: We are a community of care reaching out with compassion, integrity, courage and respect to all we serve What we do: Provide excellence in all of our services and reach out to meet unmet need
