SOCIAL SCIENCE SPEAKER SERIES In spring term, the social science division will be hosting the 2017 Social Science Speaker Series! The first speaker to kick off the series will be Monique A. R. Udell, Ph.D. Dr. Udell will speak on Thursday, April 6 from 3:30-5pm in Hannon Library, room 305. Her work focuses on the development of cross-species interactions and bonds in both wild and domesticated animals. In this talk she will introduce research investigating similarities and differences between domestic dogs and their wild counterparts, as well as lifetime UGS 199: Success in College & Beyond! Dr. Monique Udell is an Assistant Professor of Animal Sciences at Oregon State University, where she directs the Human-Animal Interactions Lab.
