Using Engineering Design and Learning Science to Create New Lessons Work in teams, small groups or individually to begin the creation of a lesson or unit based on content standards.

Are there other science topics that you could teach where you could use the engineering design process? 5 minutes: Brainstorm: Identify several topics and then pick one. 40 minutes: Use flip chart to outline Context of lesson that could lead to an article Simplified challenge that students could take on Science to be covered Steps to be followed by students Reading Exploration Design 5 minutes per group: Summarize your idea
