Objectives Provide an electric car that: Middle-class families can afford comfortably Performs well when introduced to any type of terrain and climate Reduces an individual or family’s carbon footprint Possesses a style that is appealing to all potential buyers The company will work to create safe, reliable cars that employees and customers are proud and excited to own.

Porter’s Five Forces Model Industry Rivals: Tesla, Hybrids, Fisker, Fiat Largest Threat: Name brand, trusted companies and products New Market Entrants: Lucid Motors Substitutes: Hybrids Suppliers: Companies that Produce Unique Electric Car Components Strongest Bargaining Power: Reliance on suppliers to create batteries and other unique components of electric cars Customers: Middle-Upper Class Families Primarily Middle-Class Families
