ANCHOR UPDATES Program Funding & Mechanics (PFM) Changes RHP Plan Updates Template will be provided in Dec 2017 Submission moved from Nov 30 2017 to Jan 31 2018 Will include transition plan from old projects to new core activities Worth 20% of Valuation (submitted & approved) Paid July 2018 Remaining Unused Funds RHPs that did not fully use their allocation may use these funds for DY7-8 New and Existing performing providers are eligible to receive them RHP will determine process (per PFM paragraph 31.c) HHSC will not get involved in this process Providers choosing NOT to participate in DY7 Funds go to state and not redistributed to regions ANCHOR UPDATES
