Release of Data The WVDE will not release overall preliminary WVGSA results for individual districts until Wednesday, August 17, 2016. This will give individual districts sufficient time to share the preliminary proficiency rates with their local school boards.   The state will release only the overall percent of students proficient in each content area in each district.  At that time Individual districts may release grade-level data if they choose, with an understanding that the preliminary results may change once final assessment results and final accountability results have been calculated. We have provided you with your district’s data
