Please see pages 3 & 4 following this step. Welcome! To begin, visit http://pugsprint.com/albany-sign-in-page/ and enter your assigned username and password and click the Login button to begin the order process. Then, proceed to page 5 (*Supervisors, see note below) If you have not already received your user information, please e-mail us @ albanyorders@pugsprint.com. **SUPERVISORS ONLY: Please see pages 3 & 4 following this step.

3 FOR SUPERVISORS ONLY Pugs Print Order Request Upon signing in, supervisors will be directed to this screen, which is their Workflow Inbox. Here there will be a list of pending orders that need either an approval or rejection. This can be done by clicking on an individual order request. To order, click the Pugs Print link in the top left-hand corner to access the Stationary Order Portal.

4 Order Requests (SUPERVISORS ONLY) Approval Instructions Approve or Reject Once the order/Workflow entry has been selected, you’ll be able to view the details of that particular order. Instructions are provided at the top of the page that indicate how to proceed so that order can be processed accordingly.

5 Order Selection Page On this page, select the product for which you need to place your order. For the purposes of this guide, choose Business Card, then click Continue. NOTE: The ordering process is identical for all three product selections. To return to this page at any time, click “Albany Order Selection Page” located in the black header at the top of the page.

6 Order Form Here is where you’ll make selections for the style of your desired business card. The sample business card image (A) as well as the total field (B) indicated in the above diagram will update to reflect your selected choices from the drop downs as necessary. Once all required selections have been made, click Next.

7 Order Form (continued) This page allows you to enter the information that will be printed on your business cards. Once all required fields have been entered, click Next. If any changes need to made to the style of your card, click the Previous button.

8 Review Proof In this section a visual representation of the business card will appear with the information entered in the previous steps for verification purposes. Once the proof has been reviewed and confirmed to be visually correct, click Next. If an error is found and you need to make a change to the business card information, click the Previous button.

9 Account Information The fields featured above will pre-populate according to the information we have stored for your individual profile. The pre-populated information can be edited if necessary on a one-time basis. If you would like to make any permanent changes, please contact your supervisor. Once all fields are completed, click Next. If you need to make any changes to the business card information, click the Previous button.

10 Confirmation Page Required Confirmation Check Box Print link for your records In this final step, you will see a confirmation of all the information submitted in the previous steps. At the bottom of the page, be sure to authorize your order. If you need to make any changes to any of the business card information, click the Previous button however many times necessary to access prior steps. If you would like a hard copy of the order for your records, there is a provided link to print out the page. If the order is correct and complete, click the Submit button.
