Hours Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00 Parents don’t forget: For Children ages 6 months to 8 years if they did NOT receive 2 doses of the H1N1 Influenza vaccine AND 2 doses of the seasonal Influenza Vaccine in the past they will need another dose of this years flu vaccine in 4 wks.
