MIWP 2016.1 (fitness for purpose) outcome MIWP 2018.1 Issue & Action MIWP 2016.1 (fitness for purpose) outcome Address cross-cutting and principle issues and make INSPIRE obligations more comprehensive Large library of technical guidelines Need for discussion and clarification on some principle flexibilities in the interoperability context Technical guidelines are appreciated by implementers, no need to change Draft simpler, shorter and more general “master guidelines” in layman language. Describe minimum obligations, point out the flexibilities, reference more detailed TGs, focus on benefits and added-value Comprehensive and accessible content (interactive, infographics …) Common EU product + Empty space for adding National content ENV F.1
