Hello! Sessions. Hello! Sessions in the Library during Welcome Week. Drop in any time starting at 10.00 am. Last session starting 5.00 pm.

Help is available. Online information – via the Hello! webpage. Face-to-face support available: IT & Library Support Desk, Floor 1 Templeman West. 9am - 9pm weekdays. 12pm – 6pm weekends (term times) Welcome Desk. Loan Desk, located in the Core Text Collection. Run through the help available via the University webpages. If you can’t remember this link simply type “help” into the University’s search box and it will take you straight there. Demo finding the Library via the University home page and “Quicklinks” Follow the “hello“ links to find the short videos. Demonstrate the second on the list “Using the catalogue” The pocket guide is also available for you with all the contact information that you need – for those who don’t already have one there are copies available at the end of the talk.
