Commonwealth of VA V. John/Joan Smith Context for Case John Smith, the assistant manager of the building, is arrested for intentionally setting fire to an occupied dwelling. Bob Clemente claims to have seen figure similar in build to that of John Smith walking out of the building. Witnesses Prosecution Fire Marshal Jack Robinson- Expert Witness for the Prosecution who was firefighter on scene. Sandy Kofax- Worker at shop who closed with John Smith Bob Clemente- Reported the fire and saw a person who had a similar appearance to Smith exit from the burning building.
