Purpose of Meeting To review the consolidated Tool To interpret the Tools results To develop recommendations that will address specific critical dependencies

Video 3 – Next Steps Play Video 3 – Next Steps

Outputs The completed tool is used to create recommendations captured in the summary report.

Review of Consolidated Tool Consolidated Tool includes the assessments performed by each department Each department should speak to their assessment – how it was performed and what they found

Clarifying Results Consolidated Tool may need revision Seek explanation for high numbers of dependencies Revise Tool as necessary See CI Assessment – Consolidated Example. Note highlighted areas as being the focus for recommendations

Developing Recommendations Recommendation describe tangible actions to address specific assets, goods & services on both worksheets Recommendations are based on the groups interpretation of what is important to the community See CI Assessment Recommendations – Example. These example recommendations are based on output of the example Tool.

Closing Remarks Recommendations will be forwarded to senior management by Champion With approval, recommendations can be enacted Thank you for engaging in assessment process
