29 Unit 7 FANUC Robot Part4 Typical robot_LR Mate 200iD/4S Here we focus on a typical robot product LR Mate 200iD/4S robot, part of FANUC’s mini 6-axis industrial robots. LR Mate 200iD/4S LR Mate 200iD/4S is a human arm sized mini robot. The slim arm minimizes interference to peripheral devices at narrow space and the lightest mechanical unit in its class realizes easy integration into a machine or upside-down mounting on a frame.

Wrist load capacity of LR Mate 200iD/4S is enhanced extremely and it makes efficiency to increase by handling plural work pieces. Because sensor cable, auxiliary axis cable, solenoid valve, air tube and I/O cable for device are integrated in the arm, it realizes easy hand cabling.

Then, when the workpiece arrived at the end of the conveyor belt, where is installed with photoelectric switch , the switch detects the material and sends a feedback signal to the system, and the conveyor belt will stop.
