Renewing Your Membership Online through the Member Information Center

Today we’ll learn how to renew your membership online through the Member Information Center. It is easy, convenient, and secure! Your Primary Representative has access to this option. This training slideshow will go at your pace. To advance to the next bit of information, just click your mouse or hit “Enter.”

To get back into the Member Information Center from the Chamber website, simply click on “Members Login.”

Enter the username and password you chose. Click “Submit.” Forgot one or the other? Click “Forgot your username/password?”

Enter your email address and click “Get Password.” You will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. We don’t keep them and cannot reset it for you.

If you get this message, you are either using the wrong email address OR you have not set up your log in. First, go back and look for your Welcome email with the link to set up your log in. If you can’t find the email, contact us. We’re happy to help!

After you’ve read the Welcome Message, click “Read Later” to hide it so that you can see everything else. Now you’re back in the Member Information Center!

Click on “Company Information.”

Click on “Billing.”

Click on “Make a Payment.”

Our example company doesn’t have an invoice due at this time. But if your Company does, you may pay that invoice online! The invoice will show up in a list here. Click on it, and the system will walk you through it.

Click “Checkout.” Your amount due will show up here.

Fill in your payment information. Click “Checkout.”

Check your email to confirm that you have received the receipt. You’ll see this screen, showing that your checkout was successful and that a receipt has been sent to your email address.
