Need to improve Portal architecture and usability All changes will reflect on the portal by mid August 2018 Business need for improvement Changes being made Benefits for you The current portal is far from satisfactory in terms of current architecture and usability Cluttered with enormous amounts of detailed information, difficult to navigate and does not follow a clear or logical order Taking on feedback from customers and our Customer Experience leads on how the portal works for them to target changes Navigation and information being hard to find on our website was a frequent pain point on CSAT feedback Restructure of the Ethernet Services sub menu, options reduced down to 8 Cosmetic changes such as information refresh and consistency across all pages Reduce steps and number of clicks to log in and launch apps View my Job embedded app into my dashboard screen Simple, easy to use web portal leading to a more positive experience while using the site Clearer, more concise headings, making documents and information easier to locate Removing unwanted login navigation, providing quick access to essential Tools and Apps, saving time
