Before Mission Possible Teacher turnover exceeded 35% Recruiting teachers was a challenge Jackson had not made Adequate Yearly Progress for several years

After Mission Possible Teacher turnover for Mission Possible positions has dropped in the last three years from 33% (2006-2007) to 30% (2007-2008) to 0% (2008-2009) Recruiting teachers is easier with combined recruitment and performance incentives of up to $14,000 Jackson made Adequate Yearly Progress this past year, meeting 25/25 of its targets
