vs. 7-10 Satan: The Accuser Brings charges against us the past- what is already forgiven fabricates- “the father of lies” Condemns us (sentences us) Romans 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus condemnation vs. conviction

vs. 7-10 Satan: The Accuser Leads us astray- affecting present & future distorting polluting confusing Truth vs. Lies (accusations) Turn to John 8:31-38, 43-44

vs. 11 No Grounds! No longer can Satan successfully accuse God’s people because Jesus has shed his blood covering our sins!

Romans 8:31-34 (NLT) 31 …If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us?
