Sounds Good, So what’s the Problem? The demand from young Veterans has increased as word gets out. There are simply more Veterans in need now Branches aren’t clear that this program is covered by Poppy funds at the Provincial level

How Can You Contribute? Gaming funds DON’T Work Poppy funds qualify – Special Use Expenditure General funds qualify Special fundraising activities WE CAN HELP GET A SPEAKER FOR YOU TO COME IN AND TALK ABOUT RECENT SERVICE IN AFGHANISTAN AND HELP BRING AWARENESS

Special Use Expenditure Form -also available on the web site

We need your help. If you know of any veterans who you think might benefit by our program – please refer them to us.

They need your help. If you know of any spouses or families suffering because of trauma caused through military service contact BC/Yukon Command

Promote Awareness We need to get the message to serving personnel, their families, and to all Veterans Refer families/Veterans to Command Service Officers Joanne Henderson (Burnaby) and Allan Waddy (Vancouver Island) HOLD A ‘RED FRIDAY’ DURING A MEET DRAW In our own circles – we all know families with recently or currently serving family members There is so much more that needs to be done….. And with your help the Command is responding…

The Legion Cares You care … we care .. The Legion Cares and we need to tell our members, our service families and the public about our program! We have lots to be proud of!
