By: Allisson Schmidgall   Cyclops

Polyphemus The Cyclops were a race of one-eyed giants. The name Cyclops comes from words meaning “ wheel-eyed, Round-eyed ” Apparently they were big enough that they eyes were as big as a “wagon wheel". The most famous of the Cyclops were Polyphemus- Cyclops blinded by Odysseus.

Cyclopes Cyclopes actions High Tempered Frightful Monster Repulsive Strong ( Able to throw Big rocks) He was giant.

Famous story Cyclopes were known to be violent, and not very smart. In many stories the Cyclopes liked to eat humans. The story of how the Cyclops Polyphemus was outsmarted by Odysseus is probably the most famous Cyclops story. Polyphemus ate six of Odysseus's crew.

Interesting Facts Hesiod only mentioned only Three Cyclopes. They were also know as smiths. Cyclopes were mentioned a lot by “Power of nature”.

Conclusion Cyclopes could be really dangerous to run into. I would Not want to run in to a Cyclops.
