Annual Homeless Point-in-Time & Housing Inventory Count Northeast Minnesota Continuum of Care 2018 Report

Overview Point-in-Time is a count on a single night of the people in the community who are experiencing homelessness. The survey is conducted during the last 10 days in January. HUD counts sheltered and unsheltered and households while Minnesota acknowledges doubled up in the State count.
