Express Transfer Service The majority of students eligible for transportation services through RTS will utilize Express Transfer Service or ETS. Express Transfer Service is quite convenient, as the routes travel from various neighborhoods throughout the City to the School of the Arts without stopping in the downtown area. For the 2018-2019 School Year, there are a total of 16 ETS routes.
Non-Express Service to the School of the Arts Route 48/ University Those students that require travel privileges at various times throughout the school day, will utilize “Non-Express Transfer Service”. They will travel downtown via the appropriate route from their neighborhood to the RTS Transit Center. Upon arriving at the Transit Center, students will transfer to the 48/ University to reach the School of the Arts, as depicted in the slide. RTS Transit Center School of the Arts
