Primary Goals of Program Review Ensure that academic programs remain focused on student success and serving the needs of the community; Enhance the resources and quality of academic programs by assessing program strengths and challenges (Continuous Quality Improvement); Align academic program needs and campus priorities with the planning and budgeting process; and Ensure that program priorities are consistent with the college's mission and strategic plan. Program Review Cycle Bill August/September - Attend PR training receive data set from Institutional Research Yearly Updates Data /budget sections of the Program Review. Full review every three years. May Provide Feedback to Program Review Committee September Carefully review template and request any additional data need to complete September/October Determine short and long term goals with department faculty October/November Complete reflective and process sections of the template.
