Supplies Student Materials: One 70 page college ruled notebook exclusive to science Pencils and pens Colored Pencils or Crayons Pencil Sharpener Glue sticks Scissors Basic Calculator (recommended) White Out Highlighters (Green, Yellow, Pink) Classroom Wish List --Thank You in advance for any and all donations large or small!

Grading Policy 90-100% = A 80-89% = B 70-79% = C 60-69% = D Below 59% = F Grades will be based upon several components. These include: Approximately 70% - Classwork, labs, quizzes Approximately 30%- Assessments (tests, projects, written analyses)

Retakes Each quiz/exam retake is allowed by teacher discretion. In order to retake a quiz or exam, the student must schedule a retake time with me by the end of the unit. I am available before school and at lunch for students to retake a test/quiz. Students may also re-do any classwork and turn it in by the end of the unit. DO NOT THROW ANY WORK AWAY UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR!

Make-up Policy Students will be given two days per day absent to make up any work that was assigned when not present in class. Students and parents can access my teacher website to stay informed of our daily activities, what is due, and any homework. Students can also utilize advisory time to see teachers for missing work and help. **It is the student’s responsibility to inquire about any missed work and to make-up all learning and assignments on time.
