Reflective Supervision   A planned time for information exchange, thoughts and feelings regarding a person’s work in supporting children and families The focus is on the families involved and on the experience of the supervisee. PURPOSE: Build capacity for high quality, effective, ethical, culturally responsive services to very young children and their families TTA Focused Conversation 5.10.17

We will complete the Interim Rating and Quality Improvement Planning Worksheet and develop your IPDP Objective   Focus of the questions: Data, the facts about the topic Let’s briefly review the team assessment, observers rating tool and video of the team meeting Were you able to watch the video.
