Process for Requesting Hardware/Software To request new hardware or software, follow these steps: Go to the SMU Service Desk: http://www.samuelmerritt.edu/servicedesk Select “Ticket System Login” from the top, right-hand side of the page
Process for Requesting Hardware/Software After logging in to the Ticket System, select “I have a service request” You can then select the “Hardware Request” or “Software Request” option
Process for Requesting Hardware/Software Follow the remaining prompts to request the required hardware/software. After your request is submitted via the ticket system, it will be routed for review and approval.
