Register as a user on the Epilepsy12 data platform Requesting to register as a user The majority of users will be added by their respective Health Board/Trust Designated Leads, however it is possible to request to register individually. Please note, that if you request to register via this method, the Epilepsy12 project team will only grant you access to the system once they receive the explicit approval from the respective Health Board/Trust Epilepsy12 Designated Lead. Step 1 Select the ‘Registration’ tab on the Epilepsy12 home page (www.epilepsy12.rcpch.ac.uk) .

Register as a user on the Epilepsy12 data platform Completing the registration request form Step 2 Complete all fields within the ‘Registration’ form, including whether you want to be a Health Board/Trust or EEG Service user and which Health Board/Trust or EEG Service to align to. Your email suffix must end with either “nhs.net” or “nhs.uk”, personal emails are not allowed Tick the “I’m not a robot” box and then click on the ‘Request account’ button.

Register as a user on the Epilepsy12 data platform Registration request notification and approval Step 3 After clicking on “request account” you should see the following notice: The Epilepsy12 project team will then seek confirmation from the respective Epilepsy12 Health Board/Trust or EEG Service Designated Lead that your request should be approved Step 4 Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an automated e-mail that will provide the relevant links for you to follow to set-up your account and reset your password .
