Lessons learned Combination workshops and write-shops was very useful Need to clearly distinguish between donor funded projects (no revenues) and projects with revenues For project with revenues – need to establish early on who owns the project and restrictions on use of financing instruments For project with revenues – need to establish ties with IFIs early on (CN stage) Flexibility
