The event provides electrical installation and 5 amp in each 10 x 10. Additional amp must be requested and fees for installation will be charges. The additional amps will be invoiced through the Convention Center directly to the company. We are not responsible for amperage use over 5 amp. ADVANCE ORDER DEADLINE In order for discounts to apply, advance orders must be fully paid in advance and received with payment no later than Feb 1, 2017. We need to have a major credit card on file to process your order ( we do not accept American Express). Our Payment Policy Form must be completely filled . IMPORTANT SHIPPING PROCEDURES We recommend shipping exhibit materials up to 30 days in advance prior to the event to our Advance Freight- Receiving Warehouse. The event’s location will not have the facilities to receive and store such materials in advance and may refuse your shipment and/or additional charges may be incurred.
