The 2018 Advisory Council Chair and Vice Chair Election Results are: Chair - Kim Streit Vice Chair - Dr. Karen van Caulil

Community and Primary Care Services Grants were complete as of September 30th of this year The Specific Appropriation 187A, provided $28.5M on nonrecurring General Revenue funds with a goal of: 1) Increasing access to primary care services in the state 2) Reducing and preventing unnecessary emergency room visits 3) Reducing and preventing unnecessary inpatient hospitalizations The Agency awarded 90.7% of the funds to 61 different Recipients, with 92.4% of the awarded funds claimed, and 7.6% of the funds not utilized.

Agency’s Websites The newly redesigned FloridaHealthFinder.gov website went live on November 16th. The new FloridaHealthPriceFinder website went live on November 28th. Both launches were very successful thanks to Beth Eastman, ISC, HCCI and our AHCA team. Following a brief demonstration of the FHF website, and an introduction to the FHPF website, HCCI will present the methodology behind our new consumer pricing website.

Rule 59E-9.010 Claims Data Collection Update This rule is set to go to Proposed early December, and we anticipate to complete final adoption by early 2018.

Pediatric Cardiology Technical Advisory Panel (PCTAP or Advisory Panel) The Advisory Panel went into effect on July 1st. The first meeting was held on November 2nd. The next meeting is scheduled for December 4th.
