- Beamont October 2016 Welcome to all the new families that have joined us in September and October! Babies & Tots have been practising their gross motor skills and turning the room into a soft play area! We have also been doing lots of creative Autumn activities and exploring different textured play. Toddlers have been talking about mini beasts and exploring the garden on mini beast hunts! We have also been investigating the sand and shells in the garden. Pre school have been doing lots of phonics activities and practising our sounds. We have also been learning about Autumn, and collecting the different coloured leaves to make Autumn pictures.
