Chatham County’s Adopt-A-Stream Program Streams provide a home for aquatic life and help maintain the sensitive balance of nature. Streams and rivers are not independent of one another, but instead form a complex network. Whatever happens to one, happens to another.
Chatham County’s Adopt-A-Stream Program The Southeast Regional Training Center at Savannah State University serves Chatham County as well as 19 other counties in this region. The Southeast Regional Training Center conducts training workshops for all levels of activity and issue quality assurance certification to volunteers.
