Enbarr Enterprises Limited An Introduction www.enbarrenterprises.com

www.enbarrenterprises.com Who Is Enbarr ? Enbarr’s name was devised by Celtic mythology, “Enbarr means Imagination”. Enbarr could run across sea and land and air without touching the water, ground, in addition he could not be killed by man or god, and all that came in contact with him were protected under his Magic. Thus leading onto the Sectors and divisions we operate within “Land, Sea, and Air.” Enbarr was born out of necessity with the growth of our industry within North Wales and across the border into Cheshire and the immense Skills Gap that was erupting. There were 3 defined reasons justified to why this was occurring? Lack of training and investment in apprenticeships? The introduction of the Apprenticeship levy Lack of support and knowledge for employers willing to offer apprenticeships Continued support on the paperwork for training and gaining monetary help for training Ageing Population and Workforce? Lost skills due to people retiring and younger generations not retraining in these skills? Transportation Links Non investment in infrastructure www.enbarrenterprises.com
