Repair/Replace Program AARP contracts with GraceWorkz to repair or replace defective AARP laptops and printers. Since it’s difficult to repair equipment, it is most often replaced, often with New or better models. Don’t let defective equipment sit in a closet. Get it Replaced! Request Repair/Replace with an email to GraceWorkz. Request is easy to do, but you must follow a specific format for your email. Specification is on OneSupport. Copy the TCS. Repair/Replace begins in October and runs through the tax season. AARP will not reimburse repairs done outside of Graceworkz. Only laptop batteries and power supplies can be reimbursed.
