Current Activity with CBs Some Things to Watch for During Assessments Matrices received early Dec 2011 and early Jan 2012 No CB’s were suspended for lack of matrix received Clients that did not schedule their audit by 4 Jan 2012 should be suspended or being suspended. If not, action should be taken by ANAB (NCR’s, suspension)
Current Activity with CBs Some Things to Watch for During Assessments CB’s that did not complete their 2011 required audits (of their clients) action should be taken by ANAB (NCR’s, suspension). CB’s should be processing certificates within 90 days of the audit, some audit activity is going longer (NCR’s, re-audits, etc.); what action is the CB taking on the certificate if over 90 days? Some clients proceeding with transition audit when they are not prepared, taking NCR’s, delaying suspension.
