Gather All the Info: From Outlook Outlook Inbox vs. Spitfire Inbox Forward your email to your Spitfire Site Find your site’s email address from the Catalog and Attach Email icon on any Document’s Attachment tab On the Subject Line Include: Project ID Doc Type (creates new doc) Or Doc Type and Doc No (attaches to existing doc)

Gather All the Info: Tracking Actuals Keep Tracking of Budget vs Actuals (Transaction Detail for Date Range) Cost Code = % Account Category = blank Date Range = Last week (or 2 weeks, or month)

Monthly Health Check Check for Scope Creep Tasks/Cost Codes that are closing in on Current Budget How close to completion? Costs outpacing Budget?

Monthly Health Check Is it Done Yet Check Last Posted Date Check BFA Notes Check BFA Tracking Notes

Monthly Health Check % Spent vs. % Complete % Spend (Actual + Committed / Current Budget) % Spent = % Complete unless… you enter Declared % Complete

Monthly Health Check Managing Changes/Potential Changes Review Proposed Change Orders Review Change Orders Review Commitment Change Orders Review Pending Commitments
