Ivy League University Number of Members: 7,000 Employees; 1,900 Retirees Challenge: University Human Resources team, who prided themselves on their high-touch culture, was struggling to support their employees and retirees through benefit education and insurance and claims issues. The team just didn’t have enough resources and were concerned about privacy and HIPAA violations. Solution: Dedicated Healthcare Concierge Health Advocate became the go-to resource and the dedicated, independent concierge for anything benefit-, health- or insurance-related. We provided confidential, high-touch support to their employees and retirees, even elevating special cases to senior Personal Health Advocates as needed. This allowed the university to preserve their culture while freeing up their time to focus on other work. The university is now considering adding Health Advocate as a resource to their student population.
