Managing a grant scheme You will need to design a grant application process and form that meets your needs as well as our funding evidence. We can help and must always approve it. The individual will need to evidence the prices in line with public procurement rules, buy the item and then request a reimbursement on production of evidence ie procurement and payment. You will pay the client the grant amount but on your claim to us you will show the full amount including the clients contribution.
What else you will need to collect and retain the application form, procurement evidence eg quotes, invoices and receipts, Provide records of your payment to the client and keep in line with the retention requirements. all your forms must contain the ESIF logo as well as the required information
