TRACKING LEADS Is this what your office looks like?

THE G.P.S. FOR TEAM BUILDING GATHERING PROSPECTS SUCCESSFULLY

FIVE EASY STEPS TO Follow up, Follow up, Follow up, is the key.

STAGE ONE RECRUIT LEAD Are anyone and everyone whom you have given information to, who has asked you for information or you would like to have on your team!

STAGE TWO THE INTERVIEW Conduct the interview Answer their questions Overcome objections Ask for a decision Build Rapport by asking your potential consultant to tell you a little about herself. Ask her about her dreams. Tell her a little about yourself and get to know each other! Find out what your recruit prospect already knows about Norwex. Ask what she likes Share the benefits of Norwex by outlining the compensation plan, incentives and rewards! Overcome any objections she might have Ask what she likes best about what you have shared Ask if there anything else she needs to know to make a decision Ask if Norwex is something she would like to do If yes, help her get started – fill out the application! If no, thank her for her time and ask if you can check back with her in the future

STAGE THREE THE DECISION YES...sign her YES, but… No

STAGE FOUR FOLLOW UP Yes, but… Re-book her as a host/hostess Invite her to a meeting Invite her to a Discover Norwex meeting Invite her to a special event Keep regular communication (phone, email, text, Facebook, Twitter etc...)

Some will Some won’t So what? Who’s next! ....go back to stage 1! STAGE FIVE NO ! Some will Some won’t So what? Who’s next! ....go back to stage 1!

The Fortune is in the Follow Up “Those who are blessed with the most talent don’t necessarily outperform everyone else. It’s the people with follow-through who excel.” Mary Kay Ash
