History of Request 2014 September 25, 2015 October 22, 2015 SEIC ByLaw Revision Project 2014 SEI Department tasked with starting this process September 25, 2015 Initial packet with suggestions for topics to be discussed sent as part of the SEIC pre-meeting packet October 22, 2015 Initial discussion at SEIC meeting about potential bylaw change topics February 5, 2016 Staff presentation on further discussions on changes to bylaws

Motion 102515.01 approved by acclamation. Board of Directors Meeting Minutes: Oct 24, 2015 SEIC ByLaw Revision Project Motion 102515.01 approved by acclamation. Discussed Chris Stec’s report to SEIC regarding potential concerns regarding SEIC bylaws. The Board endorsed his suggestions and strongly supported term limits, simple common committee charters, and a clear plan for representation by DIFs.
