DFS supplies the homeowner data that automatically populates the majority of the first page. The inspector will schedule the inspection with the contact person directly.

Data will be collected for all sides of the home. Data will be used to determine cost and feasibility of the available mitigation options for the home.

The majority of the data on the back will be gathered in the attic and after every side of the house has been examined. Inspector uploads data gathered on the sheet to the WCE.

Cover page of proposed final report clearly displays rating of property as is, the range of ratings possible depending on retrofitting activities and the payback period.

The report provides a cost analysis and payback period of each mitigation option available for the home.

Report communicates to the homeowner the benefits of mitigation Provides homeowner instructions on how to use the cost estimates and mitigation option in the following section

Provides homeowner detailed mitigation options and costs available based on the seven techniques identified in the statue.

The report will provide cost estimates for each mitigation option which the homeowner could use to validate an estimate they received from a contractor
