From the basics of handwashing, to more complex topics such as foodborne pathogens, this training will provide you with the building blocks to keep food safe throughout your operation. Kimberly Jenkins, Wilkes County Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent, will be providing the nationally recognized and accredited ServSafe® training for foodservice managers from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAWF) at the McGill-Woodruff Agricultural Center located at 136 North Bypass in Washington, Georgia on Tuesday, August 23rd and Wednesday, August 24th from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Cost: $140 Registration Deadline: Tuesday, August 9th Participants will receive the course book, ServSafe® Manager, Sixth Edition, and a ServSafe® Manager’s Certificate (upon passing the exam) from the National Restaurant Association.
