7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. If we focus on what God want us to keep our eyes on, we find that a peace comes over us. Paul then gives us a list of things to focus on. Philippians 4:7 (ESV)

He wants us to focus on the good things from God all around us. Philippians 4:8 (ESV)
