Designing the Insight Future Enhancements to make to PCS Utilit-e Insight over the next 12 months, leading up to the 2019 User Meeting.

The Past Significant time and effort was spent the last several years updating the Insight code from Visual Basic 6 to .NET. This was necessary to get ahead of the day when VB6 will no longer be supported. Payroll is the last module to go through this transition.

The Present The last phase of Payroll will be done June 30. This is the check calc process. Payroll enhancements – void a check, deduction until balance is $0, screen to calc life insurance > $50k, etc. (during 2018) Purchase Requisitions

The Future Apps that run on phone/tablet as well as on PC Workflow for many processes Updating the Employee Portal to be more consistent with Online, MCA, etc. – a more updated and streamlined look and feel Requisitions (web app)

The Future, cont. More forms through Nelco – 1099, 941, W-2 More BI and Power BI data presentation CFC/US Bank One Card interface to AP Vehicle tracking - Verizon Connect fleet mgmt. – where’s the truck – odometer readings? Archival of historical data

Future Possibilities Human Resources – start with the basics Employee time-off requests, deduction changes Employee alerts – what changed on their employee record
