Evidence of Program Outcome Assessments The Act assessments gave me results on what my strengths and weaknesses are. So on areas of improvement I know I can work on them with my instructors at Bryant & Stratton. Mathematics- 5 Reading for Information- 5 Locating Information- 4

Action Plan #1 Mathematics (ACT) Solving problems will help me in my career for on the spot critical thinking such as interviewing, or looking over applications. Not only problem solving but getting numbers in order with payroll, and benefits.

Action Plan #2 Locating Information Become familiar with locating information because in the HR department there will be many graphs and tables with data that will be dealing with compensation and benefits or more.

Action Plan #3 Communication Skills Improving in my communications skills will help me to be able to get my message across efficiently and effectively. I will be interacting and engaging in many conversations with employees during the interview process, and also working along side my coworkers.
