TEMPERATURE Logging Systems

SYSTEM OVERVIEW KOOLTRAK systems log temperature data in the range –40ºC to +85ºC (-40ºF to +185ºF). KOOLTRAK loggers can be used either as portable self-powered devices, or incorporated into wired networks. KOOLTRAK software covers all aspects of data collection, transmission, database storage and reporting, using desktop, laptop and hand-held computers. KOOLTRAK systems offer the most comprehensive range of capabilities at the most competitive prices. HARDWARE OVERVIEW Loggers in stainless steel housing –20ºC to +85ºC Loggers in mounting box –40ºC to +85ºC Water and pressure proof loggers Logger interfaces and cables Network loggers in mounting box Network hardware and cables Network long-line drivers and receivers Alarm interface and watchdog timer Header box 10” wide 1” high 0” from left 0.4” from top, text top center

SOFTWARE OVERVIEW KOOLTRAK logger programmer and database software. This is always required. Data collection software running on a PC Dynamic display software that allows users remote read-only access to the database Three software components are available. KOOLTRAK is the principal component, manages the database, and is sufficient for a complete working system. KOOLPAD is the data collection application that runs on a palmtop WindowsCE computer. KOOLPAGE is the dynamic display application.

KOOLTRAK main window The main window of the KOOLTRAK software has a total of only five buttons, and is simple to understand.

- displays compartments, locations and loggers

- supplies programming and reading functions

- displays logger status and advises when reading due

- stores data in an MS-Access database

- provides backup tools for the user

- displays data graphically

- with many flexible options

- transfers data to other programs

- to Excel

- to Word

- and for computer experts Write a special report using MS-Access Drop that report in \kooltrak\data\reports A new report window appears Run the report from the window
